If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. All our resources have been tried and tested by both SEND parents and professionals. Very rarely, they may not meet everyone’s needs.


  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us on and we will do our best to help.
  • You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item must be in the original packaging.


  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
  • We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
  • Once your return is approved, we will refund your original method of payment. ( Paypal or bank transfer.)


  • We aim to ship all orders within 6 working days. If your order is urgent, please let us know and we will endeavour to prioritise your order stock permitting.
  • We will refund the original Shipping costs incurred when you ordered the item.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

  • We believe that SEND families and SEND professionals value their privacy. Therefore, we DO NOT sell your details to anyone in any shape of form! Your details are used for shipping purposes only.
